<p>If you can find a way to burn an extra 200 to 500 calories each day with both exercise and diet plan, you&#8217;re on the correct track. so with the above formula you are almost there, try to do some simple exercise everyday for your diet planning, but i do not mean the really heavy duty sport, just some simple home exercise and walk around will do, in additional you can do some brain exercise and I believe using your brain a lot will come with even better result then just exercise and diet.</p>
<p>When looking of the weight loss website, you will found many program or diet pill promising instant result, yes they may bring you some result after month, but it may give you back everything and even more later, because you&#8217;re in habit to eat very heavy previously and when you force yourself to eat less everyday, you will finally give up all program and eat even more after the struggle.</p>
<p>So now you might know already diet pill or any expensive program may not help you if you eat the same amount of food everyday, weight loss is just the war of adding or burning calories.</p>
